the process

We'll have a detailed conversation to understand your project goals, timelines, and expectations. This can be through a quick call or by e-mail. Either way we fill out a form together where all the info will be collected.

To kick off our partnership, we'll sign a contract. Also, 50% of the agreed fee is payed and, if needed, the product is sent.

With the info given by the brand and my extensive market research, I create a concept outline including the script, visuals, sounds, and text overlay.

I send the concept outline to the brand for review, changes and questions! We'll modify it together as necessary until the final concept is approved.

Once I receive the product and the concept is approved, I'll shoot and edit the video. It'll be ready in 4-5 days maximum!

I deliver the first draft watermarked through Google Drive for approval. There's one round of revisions allowed.

After the video is 100% approved, the remaining 50% of the payment is made and the final version of the video without watermark is sent to you so you can start using your content :)

My name is Mailen but, as I said before, you can call me Mailo!

I'm originally from Argentina. I've lived in London for a few years, then in Lisbon for a few more, and I’m currently calling Spain home! That's why I speak Spanish, English, and a bit of Portuguese.

I share my life with my boyfriend and two adorable kitties who love to participate in my videos.

I'm a Business Administration graduate, specialised in Marketing and have always worked as SMM and media buyer, helping me bring a unique blend of creativity and strategy to every content creation project.

Fun fact: I'm also a pastry chef and an accountant :)
